Scott's space heater has been on for the past hour and its thermometer still says its 44F.
Let me tell you, there are so many benefits to living in a household with no heat on the coldest day of the year:
- save on gas bills (part of my new years resolution is to use less natural gas)
- all beverages are always cold
- opening the refrigerator can bring warmth to the kitchen
- hot water feels really, really hot
- you can finally tell the difference between microfiber and down filling
- twizzlers act like popsicles when cold enough
- ice cream stays solid at room temperature*
- fruits and vegetables never go bad since ITS FUCKING FREEZING
I LOVE MY HASIDIC LANDLORD/SUPER because SHABBAT SHALOM MOTHAFUCKA, THEY DON'T WORK ON FRIDAY!
