I've played five of these (4,6,7,9,10), and would place them on such a list myself. One of these days I have to get the Suikoden games. I own (and love) the soundtracks.

Good list, fine motivations.

Indeed you should. Suikoden II is the game, more than any other, that I wish everyone could have the pleasure of playing. Konami's going to be releasing Suikoden I & II on PSP, which should make them easier to find.

I'd really put Chrono Trigger higher up in the list, but I've never played Phantasy Star, MOOII, Link, or (quiet you) Suikoden II. The overall storyline and gameplay of Chrono Trigger really appealed to me.

Love FFVI, in spite of being hopelessly stuck and probably completely incapable of getting unstuck without starting over.

I'm kind of surprised CT ended up so far down the list, but all of those are fantastic games. The ones above it just did a little (or a lot) more to grab me.

I hadn't remembered that you'd played much of FF VI.

Well, when there are only ten games on the list, you have to make some difficult decissions. ;)
