Okay, let's get back on a roll with the craft series!
Here is the master question list! Go forth! Find a question you can answer based on your experience with writing fic! And come back to this post to volunteer! \o

See, having my Beta by my side would have been good, as she would have pointed out to my sleep-addled brain that I had to click back HERE to volunteer to do the Beta question, and not in the list post...
I promise I am not as pathetic as that made me look!
*giggles* You are so not the first! And it's totally my fault for making people click back -- I just didn't want topic suggestions getting lost in volunteer comments. *is easily confused*
chesamus volunteered to cover a question in the "tell me what to write" post, so I'm waiting to see when she'll be able to post. If she's not around, then you can plan to go next with the beta question; I'll email you when I know for sure! :D
Please please please write a post on writing fic set in northern Canada!! This is a personal request from ME, if nothing else! *G*
And, obviously, you're always welcome to do more than one topic, but this is one that's especially relevant to the fandom and I'd love for you to cover it.
Oh! And also, please do add more shiny, new topic suggestions to the master question list if you have them!
No problem - I went and added about five new topics, and hopefully one or two of them will spark with someone. As for my northern Canada post, is it okay to include images? I do need to put up some maps just so show people what the hell it is I'm talking about, but I'm worried about bandwidth issues. Should I just include off-site links to my flickr account?
Gah, stupid lj comment notification NEVER sending me this! *kicks it*
Hi! It is TOTALLY okay to include images. When I did my huge dsrecs post on RayK's apartment I used my photobucket account. I've also used the LJ Scrapbook thing to host images, and my banner on my journal is hosted by imageshack with no trouble. I think all of those will provide thumbnail links so the reader can click and see a full-size image. That way you won't break anyone's styles by forcing a giant map on them.
And YAY for this! I've emailed Brynn to see if she can go next. You can either grab a place in line after her or post at any point, like I said before. This is SUCH a cool resource! Thank you! :D
I'd like to take on the question about narrative from Ray K's pov and balancing his speech with the story, but I'll need a few weeks to get back home and stuff. So put me last on the list?
Ooh, okay, chesamus asked for this in my "tell me what to write" post from last week, but I haven't heard back from her yet on when she might be able to post; so let's leave this on the table for now & I'll let you know what's up when I find out what she wants to do. :)
Okay, Chesamus came up with the RayK voice, after all. If you see something in her post that she didn't cover and you want to tackle that, you are ABSOLUTELY welcome to! Otherwise, there are a bunch of new questions on the list now, so maybe something else will strike your fancy. Please let me know and I'll edit your name onto the coming soon list. :D
