Brother-sister stories with Frannie and Ray(s), and Frannie/Turnbull
Hi, everyone -
I have two requests - non-slash this time:
1. RayV's relationship with his kid sister Frannie is one of the many reasons I love Due South. Their brother-sister aggravation with each other and Ray's overprotectiveness of her seems so real, as well as their sibling fondness for each other and willingness to do anything for each other.
I'm looking for good fic that shows Frannie interacting with her brother(s) - her biological brother Ray, of course, but also her temporary pretend brother RayK. I wonder how Frannie felt about having to treat RayK as her brother. As fond as she is of RayV, it must have been difficult for her to accept RayK at first.
And because Fraser tends to treat Frannie like a sister (much to her dismay), any Fraser-Frannie stories that shows them in a sibling relationship would be great, too.
2. Are there any good Frannie/Turnbull stories that expand on their lunch date? I thought they were so cute together, and I really wished they had become a couple. That way, Frannie could have had a Mountie of her own by "COTW" - and a wedding scene could have perhaps been part of the episode.
I'd particularly like any Frannie/Turnbull that also has Turnbull interacting with Frannie's brother(s). I think RayV would probably be a great brother-in-law to him. He accepted Fraser easily, weirdness and all, and grew to love Fraser, so there's no reason why he wouldn't do the same with Turnbull. And because I think RayK and Fraser would still consider Frannie as a sister even after RayV returns from Las Vegas, they would also consider Turnbull as a brother-in-law.
Guess I need a Frannie icon now! :-) Thank you in advance.
