Full disclosure: I'm just an admirer.
Pairings: Fraser/Kowalski, Fraser/Kowalski/Vecchio, gen
Style and strengths: alex51324 has written several fandom classics (let me just mention the delightful otter story, which didn't make it into the list below). They feature awesome characterization (with the kind of moments that make you literally squee in delight) and are often solid casefics. There is also a wonderful sense of humor.
Other DS/C6D activity: None that I know of.
Some favourites:

You Just Have to Leap (long, F/K, R)

This is a long and satisfying casefic which also deals with Ray's insecurity issues. In addition, there's a lot of interesting Ray backstory, and there's a nice balance between serious issues and more humorous scenes (such as the hilarious bit with the swamp monster).

The Reaching Out One (52,000 words, F/K, NC-17)

I now want to use the words "long and satisfying" again. This is a post-CotW F/K quest story which feels fresh and new, which isn't easy given that so many of them have been written. In the beginning of this one, Ray and Fraser live in Chicago and Canada respectively, and meet up every year on their vacations to do a new leg of the quest.

I Coulda Been a Defendant (short, gen)

This is a flashfic which is a wonderfully funny bit of gen. It features Fraser turning himself in, and making Kowalski go along with it.
