42 Days of Dolls

Nov 14, 2009 00:49

This doll is from the late 1990s/early 2000s (this is an estimated guess...) and wears the traditional pink-colored outfit of UK dolls. I'm sorrry that I can't provide more information, but these dolls don't appear to have a long shelf life, and are quickly turned over (and of course Jasmine is always hard to find). Plus they don't have dates or "names" - basically all of the Jasmine doll are just "Disney Store Exlusive Jasmine".

This doll comes wearing a pink and gold two-piece outfit. Accessories include septor, crown, shoes, necklace and doll hair brush. Also included in a necklace that spells out "Jasmine" in pink rhinestones. I'm still not a fan of pink, but at least its a unique (and rather standout-ish) choice. Bought from ebay.co.uk.

A mini version of this doll was sold in the UK Disney Stores in the early 2000s. The doll was about 5" tall and came with a similar outfit and accessories. Also with this doll was an extra outfit, which was purple. (Will add picture as soon as possible). Bought in the Disney Store in London.
