Searching for two fics

Hiya, I was hoping that someone would be able to help finding a couple fics that I read a couple years ago.

In the story Fraser gets a head wound or something and ends up brain damaged and Ray takes care of him. In one part they're at a park a woman gets upset because Benny is touched her chest but he was just touching it because he liked the soft feel of the fabric of her sweater. Also I remember Benny being at the station house helping type reports for Ray. And I think Angie's in it and shes talks to Ray and asks him if really he wants to take care of Benny since it's a life long responsibility or something like that.

The second story I was looking for was when Benny was a kid and Ray are going to the same camp(I think they both have to make a present for their fathers. Fraser Sr. and the Vecchio family all meet(I think) There may be a picnic involved too but I'm not sure. (sorry that's not much to go on)
