laundry limbo

so i'm trying to do laundry. there's someone
who refuses to move their stuff out of the
dryer... albeit it isn't dry. would it be
rude to move it out for them and use the
dryer? they haven't been by to check their
clothes in like, hours. it was already
cold before i started my wash and it's still
sitting sodden forty minutes later.

anyway, i put in a couple of quarters for
them. if it's not dry in half an hour i feel
it would be ethically acceptable to put
their stuff aside, right?
