What's Up.
newjason and I had a blast at Baltimore. We hung out with our pal Josh Elder a lot, and sold comics, sketches, and prints like mad at our station in the Kids Love Comics section. We met tons of kids who indeed did love comics, and were happy to sell them comics that loved them back. It was also really good to get to catch up with other folks who were close to Mike Wieringo. I got to talk with Mark Waid, Craig Rousseau, Rich Faber, and John Gallagher, particularly. I also met Amanda Connor and Jimmy Palmiotti for the first time, who were super cool. Thanks so much to the folks who came by and picked up stuff. If you've got a photo of me or a scan of something I drew for you, please send it over!
We're sticking around town for another night, hanging with our local pals. We'll be back in Ca$hville, TN tomorrow. Checking my internets now, and I see Draw Spoiler is going pretty well! Go check 'em out and post your own! And of course, congratulations to Chad and Jill!
