The Drama is dying down..must resort to eating to keep self entertained. Question: Why does everyone's opinion of the zanesville 'scene' have to be positive? Why can't can't someone just politely say "I don't really like _____"? I know how this 'scene' doesn't need unnecessary drama and rude comments, but how can you justify being angered over

To be honest, people can't say anything negative about a band in Zanesville because bands in Zanesville can't handle it. They have huge egos and nothing to back up what they say. They don't want to change or grow they just want to be in a band. If you put all your ego into something you can't take criticism and that is why Zanesville bands throw fits and attack one another none stop. It's also why bands delete anything negative from there page, guest books, and diaries.
Once your around long enough you realize that you can learn from negative posts and grow. No, not every post will help but in the end who really cares anyways. One persons opinion shouldn't make or break you. If you were really on stage playing for the love of music because you wanted to play your music the way you wanted it played then the only thing that matters is if you had fun.

*no this was not direct toward any one band and no you don't have to like every band in town or tell everyone how great they are just because you know them. it is okay to like something but it's a little far fetch to believe someone likes Everything. Just be constructive about criticism*

ah, yes..the precious egos. How could i forget? If your ego and band can't survive a few negative comments, then they should just stop making music. Either their in it for the wrong reason to begin with or they have some serious self esteem issues. If I had a band (hahahahahaha..ha..sorry) and we received negative feedback, that would only encourage me to get better and better..eh. But that's just me. See you Sunday.
