No preamble today, still recovering fatigue points from Potter binge. I'd give details but GURPS doesn't have mechanics for mental fatigue points. Maybe they could be tied to general fatigue?

Loves her long words, don't she? Hopefully she has more clue what they mean than Paolini did, but it's still blatant thesaurus rape.

I hate morality tales. There's no point to them except yelling "EEEEEEVIL!" like Mermaid Man every few pages.

She's nowhere near as bad as Pao-Pao, it's her cyberpunkesque neologisms that make me roll up my eyes. Ironically, she likes to use "fuck" a more than any amount of purple prose.

As for yelling "EEEEEEVIL!", how else are the high-schoolers she's targeting going to know right from wrong?

Yeah, that's pretty annoying too. But really, 'Hymenoptera'? 'Mantid'?

I would have hoped their parents would help with that, but I guess I'm optimistic.

'Hymenoptera'? 'Mantid'?

Most people would use those terms to describe Mailee, the D&D Iconic who's constantly getting flack for her looks. Here's one of her better pictures

I would have hoped their parents would help with that[.].

Oh no, adults are considered too worldly for propaganda, remember that children were the ones drilled to Say No to Drugs and to Save the Earth.

Most people would use those terms to describe Mailee

I wouldn't have thought most people would use those terms without a thesaurus, if at all. Frankly, it's superfluous, given that the face is already described as 'triangular'... unless, seeing as (and I had to check with 'hymenoptera') these are types of insect, her 'big eyes' are actually on the sides of her head. I've just never seen this kind of description in all the books I've read.

Oh no, adults are considered too worldly for propaganda

I meant I would have hoped their parents would teach them right from wrong, lessening the perceived need for this preachy crap.
