Saving Someone Else's World During Sleep
Okay, so that I don't forget, I'm going to post the dream that I had last night....here goes.
I was standing in a yard (I think it was the yard that I grew up in at my Dad's, but whatever), and all of a sudden, up in the sky there was a big reddish planet that appeared. Soooo much closer than the sun. No, it didnt' have a face on it like Majora's Mask or anything...It was just red, and one of it's polar ice caps was what I could see was pointed towards this planet. (Come to think of it, it looked an awful lot like Mars....)
Okay...so....weird. Well, anyway...the planet was full (as in, you know when the moon is full? that was the same aspect for the planet), and then I heard a rustling in the woods close to the house, and it was a person...with very pale skin. I can't remember if it was a man or a woman...but she told us that she needed help on her planet (I'm saying "her" because I kind of remember the person being more feminine)...and that she had the way to get there, but she needed one of our airplane landing strips, or a long straight road.
Well, because she hadn't contacted the authorities or nothing...and she had contacted us, we agreed to help her...and we led her to a place where there was a long stretch of road. Well, she did some kind of weird gestures, and manifested and extremeely large red ship from it, telling us to stand back. Well, okay, so we get in the contraption, and basically the idea is that you have to get the thing going at least 70 MPG's in a straight line, and then you would enter a vortext and land at a pre-determined spot on the red planet above us. Well, it didn't make sense, but we tried it, and it worked.
We landed on this planet where everyone had polluted it to such an extent that it could almost not even support life anymore. There were hardly any plants, there were no animals (besides people, and I guess the ones that they kept for food...) there was a rank smell everywhere...and there was water...but the water hurt when you put your hand in it. It burned.....
But anyway, when we got there we put the ship away (we were in a swamp...) and then we got into a plan to save her planet. The idea was that we had to get it turned around to get back into it's original orbit. (Which it was in, but it was supposed to only be in our orbit for about 2 days every 1000 years....and it had been there a month or a week or something like that)....and everything, even the people, were beginning to die because the planet wasn't set up for that kind of closeness with the sun, and evryone was getting radiation poisoning.
Well, anyway....long story short, before earth (which was in their sky) got to be too crescent, we fixed the problem. But I had had a problem because, when I was sneaking through town, these two women (lesbians?) tried to trap me and make me into their sex slave....and then they tried to put me in the dryer....X_X But I ended up stealing what I needed and getting back out, with like most of my clothing off....so it was embarrassing. lol (I was wearing something like the girl on the right's outfit for some reason...)
But yeah...we got into the contraption again, within seconds of Earth being gone....and we got back, and landed on Earth....the chick said bye and thanks, and got back to the contraption and went back to her planet....which faded almost as soon as she left.
And that was my dream. lol
