Does bring happy make you less aware?
I lost my wallet in a haze of sleepiness and lack of awareness.
Though the real problem I find with the issue is not that someone found it and is using it to their gain, rather that none of the places said person is using it at have bothered to assure that the card is honestly theirs and yet I will now have to go through hoops to get money from my bank that I see at least weekly. No ID, no money, no money no new ID, no new cards for two weeks.
I most likely won't be charged for the theft so it really was free money for some lucky person. It's strange to me though that the person losing the items is the one who really had to pay, or maybe I should just be more careful.
It's nice to have a friend that's a cop though.
