Summary: A young gay mutant catches the attention of the X-Men and the Brotherhood and finds himself caught in the political entanglements of the two groups and in the romantic entanglements of John and Bobby. In trying to save him, X-Men and Brotherhood members alike learn how to save themselves.
In This Chapter: Jean and Scott change their minds. Bobby starts to recognize the boy in Cal's stories. John sneaks Cal out of Xavier's. Toad interrupts.
