Isn't it, though? [sighs] I can just imagine the X-Men swooping down to save the world, only to find... Pyro and Juggernaut locked in a battle of the cards.

Holy mother of god, yet another reason why I love Sir Ian, because my god that's a lovely mental image.

If only I actually knew how to play the game (I forget every time someone teaches me, it's so sad), then I could write a mean Gambit VS. Pyro, winner takes all fic ("all", meaning Bobby, I suppose in this sense). And it'd be fantabulous.
