So yeah… today equaled the most crazy fucking shitty insane ridiculous shift I’ve ever had at S&S. Plus…. my fucking store manager is the biggest dick in the world…. I officially hate him now.

Yeah... I know it doesn't work that way... I just wish it did. I read and watch and look at a lot of things I don't care about because a friend asks. It's nice to be able to share things and talk about the same stuff.... that's all. And I have no one to talk to about DragonLance sadly.

No... as long as you're not expecting me to read everything you recommend, keep on recommending and I'll do the same with you, not expecting you'll read it either.

Also... I don't think it's a grudge... I just really don't enjoy that medium. It's like poetry... I can read it... I can see it's good.... but when I sit down and feel like reading.... it's not poetry and it's not manga I want to read.

Lastly..... seriously.... watch Haibane. I mean... if you don't... the rest of your life is just going to be sad and pathetic for the great loss of having not watched it. (I am joking in case you can't tell.) But honestly... if you are ever so inclined I really do recommend Haibane above the rest... it's one of the best things I've watched... it just really caught me.

I will watch Haibane at some point, though when I do, I don't know.
and the one for one thing is a bit ironic. it seems all relationship-is-exchange thing, which is what I usually espouse and you rail against. odd little reversal there.

Don't pay too much attention to this... I'm drunk... but yeah.... I don't think it should be one for one. I will watch and read almost anything a friend recommends just out of a sense of friendship.... just no one does the same for me. I think it shouldn't be an exchange... simply a what you do for friendship. If your friend asks you to go do something, to go watch something with or for them... you just go do it because they are your friend... you don't just leave them hanging.

I just know how you think and how you view friendship... which is why I worded it as such.

And yeah... I try to not have conversations on lj.... it's just crap. AIM is the way too go.
