Please take note these several points:
1) No trades are allowed as most of the items sold in this LJ are brand new in bag (unless you've got what Im looking for, top-up $2 for trades)
2) I'll deal with chronological order of comments/first payment/higher offers, depending on which I prioritized.
3) Priority given to those who are able to make immediate payment/higher offers)
4) No refunds/exchanges once payment is made, especially when I have only one for each item. But rest assured that item is in a brand new state.
5) Prices stated are inclusive of normal postage only. Please top up an additional $2.24 for registered mail (especially during festive season).
6) Additional postage charge (if any), to be borne by the buyer (heavy items)
7) I'll not be liable for any lost/damaged mail. Opting for normal mail is at your own risk! I will ensure that return address is written on the back of the envelope to reduce chances of lost mail :)
8) Meet-ups available to my convenience only, mainly at Serangoon area.
9) Full payment to be in/ deposit of half the price of the item to be in before meetup (this is to prevent from being stood up at the very last moment etc.)
10) No refund once deposit or full payment is made (because it meant that you are 100% confirming on that item).
11) After deposit placed, meet-up have to be arranged by 5 days.
12) Self-collection at Serangoon Gardens (Ask me for more clearer directions to my house)
13) Items are still the same price if you ask for a meet-up as i need to cover my transportation (unless self-collection)
14) Items are negotiable (except those stated with NON NEGO)
