So even though I got to sleep until 7:00 this morning, I'm still really tired. Good thing we don't have anything tomorrow until 11:00, because that means that I get to sleep until 8:00. I like that. A lot. Ha.
We're having some difficulties coming up wtih a second recipe to modify for Nutrition. The cheesecake looks like it might work out, but the cheese biscuits, not so much. Now we're thinking that we might have to go with an entree. Yikes!
