(no subject)
I've been a busy little bee since I got home.
For Chris's birthday a group of us hung out at Hookah Joe's and started a game of Risk, which was unfortunately cut short but still fun (I missssssss people), then the next day Chris and I went into the bowls of Detroit and explored some abandoned buildings (which was not so good for my poor little car, which picked up a nail in the rear passenger tire...eff, I have shitty car luck), then there was some sort of "Gallery Opening" that Tara, Lia, Nate, and I went to for Chris (whose work was on display) at his apartment complex (it was interesting?) and afterwards all of us (sans-Chris) went back to my house and played drunken board games (as in, we were drunk and busted out the games). Yesterday Nate and I went to the Green Street Fair in Plymouth and attended the little film festival at the theater there that was playing films related to the environment etc...it was actually really great, I liked a LOT of the shorts and they had really potent messages that are pretty important for people to be hearing.
The next month is going to be pretty insane...I have the month "off" but I have stuff planned for pretty much every second, and days I don't have stuff planned I still have stuffs I have to get done.
