[If anyone's ever perfected the art of being both drunk and hungover at the same time, you could count on Suika for that. Passing out drunk was nothing new; she did it more than enough, sometimes over at Reimu's shrine, even. The new surroundings were a little disorienting, though, and something felt off, like that this wasn't Gensokyo, but oh well.
