whats new? life is going great right now, I don't have anything really to complain about. many things on the horizon for me but we shall see !

its a beautiful world out there, so look twice before it passes you by. looking back its been a lot of good times.

ive been running at night with calamari, about two miles or so...its been getting cooler out too so i thought, why not?

i started cooking again too since i've got some free time on my hands. i think its probably healthier than eating out all the time. theres so much crap in processed food these days. i heard on the radio about a man in brooklyn, new york who spent his summer eating only food that he can grow in his backyard and wrote a story about it. he lost like 28 pounds and was probably a lot healthier for it.

i've been able to make some pasta dishes, some dishes with steak, something with strawberries... so far i enjoy rice and eggs sunny side up or over easy, the most. im thinking about making something with rigatoni and the sun dried parmesan sauce that we've got in the cabinet soon.

i think about what i want to do when i graduate and get out of school. someone keeps telling me to stay here at ucf and be an advisor or something, and although i love student life here, there are many more things i want to do with my life while i still can. i want to work for the united nations and travel over seas and help design water resource systems for developing countries when i get out for a few years before returning to settle down with a family and kids. this life is ours, we only have one chance to live it, so might as well be happy doing it =)

they say happiness is alot about the inward workings rather than the outward conditions of life. things happen in life and you have no control over it, but what you do have control of is your feelings. millions of people throughout the world today live in poverty and suffering, and yet they still go on, happy because they are alive.
