oh man, driving downtown is NOT FUN. amber and i were driving (well, i was driving) to the UofM campus for the GTCYS concert. yeah i've never driven downtown before. we freaked out cuz we didnt know how to get to 35W (the directions were weird) and then we couldnt find how to get in the parking ramp and we were in the ghetto and i was FREAKING OUT cuz we still had to park, walk there, and i had to get a ticket and it was GA so we had to find our own seats. It sucked. waaay stressful. so then we got to the concert and met jeff grubbs in line. that kid is creepily obsessed with joe, man. its scary but hilarious. ha. i couldnt really pay that close attention to the concert cuz i was stressing about my almost overheating, horrible sounding truck and how i was gonna get home, i couldnt stop biting my nails. i have this disgusting habit that just resurfaced where i bite my nails when i'm really stressed or nervous. they're practically nothing now. haha. however, joes solo was AMAZING! i wish i had talent like that, especially as only a high schooler! I'm SOO proud of joe. that sounded like a really hard piece and he had it memorized, plus to play it in front of all those people! man. it was insanely awesome. i'm really really proud and happy for him :) then intermission was fun, jeff is crazy. the rest of the concert was awesome too, and the ride home wasnt so bad, besides the crazy wind AH!
I love thunderstorms, man. there frickin awesome. i sound like a hick. i'll stop now.

Gramma and Kyle came this weekend. Lauren didnt come. and my dad vetoed the kidnapping idea. stupid fun-killer.
