Demanding Satisfaction
I've personally wanted to see the detail of this fic happen for a long time. Chad Vs Darryl with Roxie happily enough in the middle. The way Chad's inner dialogue is written feels almost exactly like that the we've seen in Eastwick and I'm hard pressed to remember that this isn't, in fact, a deleted scene. It sure as hell should have been.

Christmas Spirit
You'll probably see the word bittersweet bandied about a bit in connection with this story. It's not inaccurate, but it also doesn't convey the hope and good feelings attached to it. You end up with the idea that, actually, everything's going to be alright.
Mythbusters
A Mythbusters Christmas
This is a great fic based in reality, i.e. these guys probably don't spend a lot of time off camera together, so it could be a little strange when they do come together. It's also a great fic if you're curious about Mythbusters RPF, but haven't made the jump from straight fic yet. It eases you in slowly and is very in character. Grant's POV and just makes me love him even more.
Robots Nees Love Too
I stumbled across this after reading my Yuletide gift. I can't believe just how much I love this. It's the distillation of each personality into their child/educator form. They're still there inside, but they're also teachers or children. I started this fic feeling meh and ended smiling and reconsidering my "no children, ever" stance. Easily the best kid!fic I have ever read.

Fics are meant to have a first line that draws you in, makes you want to read on, yes? This one tied me to my bed and made it clear in no uncertain terms that I would be reading it and I wouldn't be set free until after I had. Abbe vs de Sade done brilliantly and in keeping with the tone of the film. De Sade's voice was impeccable and thorougly outrageous.

A character study of Lucas North, in which a series of vignettes with their basis in canon are skilfully woven together to give a real idea of who this man is, how he got where he is today and how his relationships have developed over time. A beautifully written piece.
