first update of the month, i do believe
Dans home for christmas!!! whoo!!!! he fixed up my computer so that its nice and snazzy. new monitor, speakers, and mouse (that were all just laying around the house.) its crazy cool. were goin snowboaedin friday night! yay!
So my kick ass band kicked out our lame guitarists (who are cool people to chill with, but not so awsome to be in a band with.) We got a new guitarman named Alex, and are thinkin about gettin a seconed one. this guy Ty said he might do it, and matt's askin this guy ryan who went to that crazy camp in chi-town that i was at this summer. my bassplayers gettin a 220 watt amp wich is gonna kick ass, and singerman dan is gettin a new shiny pa system. im gettin a doublebass pedal(tama), and a new snare(pork pie percussion!). my band will most deffinently rock the hell out of grosse pointe with our killer new lineup and fancy equiptment.
my basement is also kickin some ass. we cleaned it all out, and switched the side that the band practices on. we're sound proofing it in a couple days, then we get to paint it wutever color we want! (except black, cuz my parents are crazy kids.) then up with the cristmas lights and the speakers, and its ready for the crazy parties ill be havin! (my parents even said i could! snazzy, i know. crazy stuff)
I'm real excited fer wintercamp, its gonna be awsome, chilin with my awsome hippy homies. but im prolly life gaurdin at the park this summer, so ill only be able to get a week off at most. which means of corse, i gotta pick between YI and PCA. figure cpcs had enough of the olsons yet? maybe. i dunno, tho. itd be real wierd to have a hippy-free summer.
and of corse... IM FLYIN TO COLORADO TO SEE LILY!!! PARTAY!!! were goin snowboardin and having a crazy cool time. colorado mountains in winter + a snowboard = heaven! of corse that means im missing cristmas with my family, but wutever. not like weve ever had christmas on christmas anyway. and im missin hanukka, but thats hippy camp's fault. anyway, its most deffinently gonna be AWSOME!!!
