This guy makes a very carefully considered and reluctant argument to try Bush Administration figures for crimes committed while in office. I guess I'm a little less intellectual about it - think we should try them, execute them, and put their fucking heads on pikes for all the world to see.
Then I think their enablers and others who didn't blow the whistle should be forced choose between drinking the blood from the bleeding neckholes of their former employers or life imprisonment. (I am not unreasonable.)
