Back from the Sunshine State

As much as I hate to say it, I'm glad to be back home from Florida. It was not really a vacation when I went down there. It was more like "this is probably one of the last times you'll see your grandfather." And you think, ok, well, let's make the most out of it and make him happy. But, he was so rude. The things he'd say to me, my sister, and my father, it was just ridiculous. My grandfather's wife is extremely annoying. Think George Costanza's parents on Seinfeld, only a little worse. I really can't get mad at my grandfather cause most of the time, he's not sure what he's saying and he's going through a lot of treatments. We went to the mall near by, went out to eat at Steak n' Shake, saw my dad's friend in Miami, and I did get to see Ivan which was fun, but I couldn't wait to come home.

First rehearsal for Wizard of Oz was last night. It went really well. I have 2 more rehearsals for it on Wednesday and Thursday morning, then Friday the shows are at 10 AM and 7 PM and Saturday at 7 PM. The show is at Toll Gate High School if you're really interested. Then next week starts Anything Goes, except the shows are the 21st through the 23rd at 7 PM each night.

Noreaster's first album is so close to being done. We have a few promotional things to work on this week. Expect a show on the last Saturday of July (the 29th) and the week after (either the 4th or 5th of August). I'll put up the details when I get them.

Umm.....been going running in the morning. It's been fun. I hope to continue it when I get to Boston.

That's all.

Later.
