HUggles babe...a lot of us aren't going though. Seems FSG is the even of choice this year.

I remember a lot of fun at Rites, but I remember being cold too. That wasn't much fun. :P

It's been a large part of my life every year. Also, I apparently now have a role in the musical community -- for 3 years running, my chant group is performing at the Web Ritual.

I know what you mean about the cold and the lonely... but even those times I have been just that, Rites remains a touchstone in my year.

as much as i personally would love to go back to rites. the one time i went did a lot for me, i know that i would not at this point go without albert, and i'm not so sure that i could talk him into spending that kind of money for something that he really wasn't into, unless of course there was a LARGE number of the dragonvale tribe there. sigh, maybe we'll do FSG with everyone sometime, just not this year.
