today
Today is a different kinda day. It's somewhat nice outside. It will probably rain later though. I want to go outside somewhat. But i'd rather post on this journal first. I'm really glad Marisa and Srdjan are my friends. They are the two nicest people in the world. They make me happy :-). The band trip to New Orleans is on Tuesday. It should be insanely awesome. Friday sounds like the coolest day. It is like this:
- at 7:45 we eat breakfast at the hotel
- 8:45-10:30- board buses and go to Blaine Kern's Mardi Gras world to find out what goes into creating Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
- 10:30-12:00- Lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe
- 12:00-2:30- board buses and go to the D-Day Museum
- 2:30-4:00- board buses and go to the aquarium of the americas
- 4:00-5:00- see the new IMAX movie
- 5:00-6:30- dinner at Cici's pizza and pasta all-you-can-eat buffet
- 6:30- hang out and swim at the hotel with your friends till lights out (11:00 ish)
Sounds fun, right? awesome. My mom and sister are at the cemetery right now. I don't want to go with. I've never even seen his tombstone. My dad died 7 years ago today. It was a nicer day outside. I remember it like it was yesterday. better than I remember yesterday actually. It's tough to think that it's been that long. But at least we are doing well enough. A tough thing to think about. that's it for today. I think i'm going to get ready for my day and go outside or something.
