TINY TIM - OVER SIZED RUBBER DUCK

Believed to be floating around in the ocean somewhere after escaping from a mass-serial kidnapper - exact location unknown. Last seen on the 25th of July, 2007, Tiny Tim is a large rubber duck with the ability to nod its head slowly. (Please see pictures below.)

It is rumored that he was kidnapped by none
