Region 2 - japanese language, no subtitles.
I haven’t watched the dvd and only opened the photobook for the picture.

I prefer to be payed by Paypal (If you have cc-paypal, mention it before hand, you will need to pay the extra costs paypal charges me) or if you are in Europe, Bank transfer.
Any other form of payment is possible, but at your own risk.
