Eye dee kay.
Lately I've been pretty distant and just not myself. I know exactly why.
I'm officially on winter break... just two short weeks though, one of which will be spent in Connecticut.
My band [the Snurges] has played two shows already... one at Stage East and one at Cruisers. We have another show on January 5th at Cruisers. I'm excited and hopefully we'll have some pins made up by then.
I took the essay section of my English exam yesterday. The topic was "Can hardship and misfortune benefit a person?" My teacher said he didn't care what we wrote about, as long as it was well written. So I said my family was killed off in the Great Zombie Outbreak of 1734 and I barely survived... but I never gave up and now I'm a millionaire. [Of course in much more detail...] Good stuff.
Other than that, not a whole lot has been going on. Thrilling, huh?
But I did get to see the Misfits on Nov. 24th and Nekromantix/Koffin Kats/Chop Tops/Van Orsdels/Coffin Caddies on Dec. 6th. Both were awesome shows.
