I don't remember the last time that I woke up in a refreshed and energized mood. This morning, I woke up so excited and ready to start my day. I went to 24-Hour Fitness at 8 A.M. and worked out for a solid 90 minutes. It was wonderful to wake up, knowing that on this day, I was one day closer to flight school - one day closer to college graduation - one day closer to being reunited with my friends and family.
I had to play for a funeral at St. Bernadette today at 1:00. The funeral was very small and intimate - there were probably no more than 45 people there. The weather on the way to the funeral was horrible, though. It had been thundering and lightning for a while in the Clear Lake area, and I had to walk through 3.5 inches of rain to get my to my car. My grey pants were completely drenched, and I walked into church completely soaked. But the funeral went very well, though - for a funeral.
I also had Marketing class today, too. That class is always fun because my professor picks on me non-stop. I'm the only girl in the class of twelve, so obviously, I get picked on a lot. It's really funny, and I manage to be a good sport about it (although sometimes, I don't know how, lol). I'm somewhat bummed that I won't have Prof. Naccarrato until I take Commuter Aviation during the Winter term.
Tomorrow is going to be busy with schoolwork. I don't anticipate really having to go anywhere, except to pay my car note at Hibernia and to Business Law class at night. I'll finish writing my Economics paper and start on my Managerial Accounting :) Also, I have to finish filing my student loans for flight school... I can't wait!
