As of today our house has been sold. A verbal agree was meant, and so after a few days everything will be written up and our 30 day escrow will start. I'll be out of Los Angeles by july and living in boise. Its a wrench in my summer plans. I seriously don't know what to think. Its really sudden. I was planning on leaving in mid august.
