(no subject)
So I want to get a tattoo.
There are only a few problems.
1. Its against my religion. However I'm reform, and most reform Jews dont really care about tattoos or anything like that.
2. My parents are against it. (mainly for reason # 1.)
3. What to get?
I'd really like to get this hand of god that I found. But its really intricite and would take a long time to do. Or I'd like to get a prayer with a star or chai inbetween the two lines of the prayer. And a last idea is a star of david with a chai inside of it with a prayer surrounding it. but i dunno.
But I want to have something with me that will always remind me of where i come from and that i'm part of something larger than myself. Its not like I just want to go get something that means nothing to me. I dunno.
