Halloween and other stuff
Took my daughter to my parents' house for the weekend. The Halloween party on Friday was the smallest one we've had so far, but it was still nice. We had one couple (B&R), my neighbor from the old apartment (J), and my brother (D). J had fun fixing the females hair and makeup, but she ended up falling asleep early so she went home. My hubby went to sleep early Saturday morning and left the rest of us up talking and drinking. The part that has been talked about the most from this party was when I decided at 6am that I was hungry so D and I ended up making eggs and pancakes. D had trouble getting the mix out of the box and ended up dumping too much into the bowl making the pancakes thick. I was cooking them and couldn't get them to form right, so we had odd shaped pancakes. Admittedly, it's not a very funny story but B seems to think it was hilarious. The conversations between me and my brother kept everyone laughing, but I don't remember what we talked about.
Sunday mom and dad brought my daughter back and they stayed until yesterday after supper. After they left I went with J and our two girls trick-or-treating. The area we went to is really nice and the girls ended up with full bags. Then we went to J's MIL's house because she got the girls buckets, candy, and a stuffed animals. We didn't get home until late so I'm hoping K won't be too cranky today.
I've had a couple of modeling shoots so far, and have 2 more that I need to find time to do. I'm suppose to go with J to her shoot today since the photographer is one that I've already got pictures from.
