Weekend Update
This last weekend was quite enjoyable... The Lady and I went out friday night to minc for the Lawnchair Generals show. I was pretty tired for the first hour or so but then a friend bought me a Red Bull and I couldn't stop dancing after that. Both before and afterward I spent playing the World of Warcraft Open Beta.
On Saturday I took one of the cars in for an oil change and then continued to play World of Warcraft. After that The Lady and I went out to the movies to see The Incredibles which was fucking awesome. I highly recommend going to see this movie if you haven't yet. After the movie we came home and I lit our first fire of the season and we watched the extended edition of The Fellowship of the Ring, and then I went back to World of Warcraft.
Sunday, I ran some errands and played more World of Warcraft (: Now my druid character is level 12. I'm liking World of Warcraft, but I really only have my experience from Everquest somewhere around 4-6 years ago to compare it to. The original Everquest's actual quests were pretty mediocre, but I'm very impressed with the quests in World of Warcraft; They all have fairly engaging plots, backstory, etc. They really help add to the immersion.
