I haven't smoked for a little over a month, and last night I smoked again. I'm getting a saliva test sometime between tuesday and friday and I was wondering if there is anything to worry about, and if so, if there is anything I can do about it. I've heard the saliva is only detectable for three days, but I'm not sure. Thanks.

That depends on who "they" is. If they is an analytical chemist, you're hosed.
If they is a $5/hr high-school dropout junkie strip-test reader, you're fine.

Try feeding your mind the old-fashioned way once in a while, by reading, and you won't embarrass yourself like this in public so often.
