Summary: My sister just recently got an iPod for Christmas and she decided that it was my duty, as her older sister, to download and put music on it. *eye rolls* Anyway, M83 was one of the bands that she had me go search for. Surprisingly, however--especially considering how I hate any and all of her music.. :D;;;--I really like them. They have a relatively mellow electronic sound. They remind me a little bit of Aural Vampire except more... Zen-y, I guess you would say? XD; Not for everyone, though I've found that I like them. ^^

Shounen Onmyouji (少年陰陽師)
--- opening and ending(s) singles // Japanese
Wiki on anime: here

"Egao no Wake" by Kaori Hikita
"Yakusoku" by Kiuji Saori
"Roku Tousei" by Kaida Yuki (♥)

download.

Summary: I can honestly say that I haven't been actively interested in an anime since the end of Yuugiou (the Japanese version >>;;;). But Shounen Onmyouji caught my attention immediately, and I love the opening especially. (And it doesn't hurt that I love Kaida Yuki to pieces and she voices in it~~~~ :D) I do have to admit, though, that one of the reasons why I love the opening is because the song is uplifting and just... goes on, I guess? XD;; And the anime also gives me Bad Ideas. >)

Title: English Majors: A Comedy Collection for the Highly Literate
Artist: Garrison Keillor
Language: English
Genre: n/a
Release Date: 3/4/2008

CD 01
10. For Whom

download.

Summary: This is actually an "album" that I bought last spring. Comprised of two disks, the CDs are made up of various recordings from Garrison Keillor's radio show. I love a lot of the commentary and jokes and 10-minute versions of famous plays, but "For Whom" was always my favorite "song" on the album. XD I'm an English tutor and EVERYONE always asks me what the difference between who and whom is. And then I remember this and break out into giggles. Hopefully other English majors/teachers will enjoy it, too. :D ♥
