O Come All Ye Faithful (with The Mormon Tabernacle Choir) Summary: Okay, first of all, I just want to get one thing clear: I hate holiday/Christmas music. I hate, hate, hate, hate, HATE it. My first job was at a movie theater and they started playing Christmas music in October. My mother has always started playing Christmas music on the weekend of Thanksgiving. I hate Christmas music. Now that I've established that: I love Josh Groban. He has one of the best (if not best) male singing voices out there right now. He's absolutely hilarious, down to Earth, and he's the fluffiest thing you could ever possibly imagine. My Little Sistah and I have managed to see him together a couple of times, and each time? He's amazing. Ever have a chance to see him perform live, I am telling you right now to take on that chance because you will not regret it. Anyway, so yes--I love Josh Groban. When I found out that he was coming out with a Christmas album, my first reaction was "...goddammit. D:" because... again. I hate Christmas music; I love Josh Groban. XD; But the same Little Sistah that I mentioned above got me his new album for my birthday, and it came in the mail today. So... I ripped it. And have been listening to Christmas music. Before Thanksgiving. This should tell you how much I love this man. XD Anyway--if you love Christmas music, this is a must-download for you. If you've never heard of Josh Groban--never fear! Within the next couple of weeks I'll be uploading his other albums. Until then... well. :x My favorite songs are "Silent Night," "Little Drummer Boy," "Angels We Have Heard On High," and "What Child Is This?"! :D Just... Josh. Christmas album. Porqueeeeeee??? D: ... *goes back to listening* ;o;

Che finalone Summary: ... continuing on with the birthday trend. XD To celebrate, my parents took my sister and I out to see Cirque du Soleil's Corteo today. Over the years, we've seen a lot of different performances--the style and the theme was absolutely gorgeous (think of Louis XIV-era), but the performances were seriously lacking in what we've seen thus far. :\ However, as usual, the music was absolutely stunning. So the father figure bought me the CD and thus, I rip it all for you to enjoy. ♥ If you guys have no idea wtf Cirque du Soleil is, all I can say is to go and YouTube it because you will not be disappointed. The art, the music, the presentation of everything is absolutely stunning and I love going to each and every show. *O* Anyway, Corteo's music very much reflects with the theme presented with the show: it has a strong French baroque feel to everything (except for the one or two songs that are distinctly Spanish--I can't remember if the tightrope walker's song is featured or not; haven't gone through the entire album yet... XD), and it's just... guh. Love so much. ♥ And if enough people are interested, I'd be more than happy to upload more Cirque du Soleil music. ^^
