(no subject)
How many times am I gonna spend a Spring Break working? This makes 4 in a row for me and five total. I wish I was doing something fun instead of working all day. I know, I know, I'm working and I am gonna get some money. It's just not how I was planning to spend a week off.
In other news, since I cant work more than 40 hours without my boss having an aneurysm, I will be making an appearance in GR at the Pumphouse to see Juice and Toph and Kurt and any other lucky SOB that is blessed by my presence. Not sure where I'm staying, so I might go light on the sauce... which is very little cuz I'm a lightweight now.
Saturday is Scotty's Birthday!!! Happy early birthday old man. And from what MTom tells me, congrats on Monday's goings-ons! I wish I could see you... we will have to catch up soon.
Why is life all about getting something and going somewhere? I mean, you go to college to get a degree and then go work somewhere for the rest of your life. What was wrong with those summers of just scraping by and living life how you wanted to? I'm kinda philosophical cuz I'm reading the Dune Series again(700 pages in and going) and it makes you think about stuff like that. Oh yeah, and I sit on my ass doing nothing for 8 hours at work which leaves lots of time to think about everything and nothing at the same time.
I also had to tell someone I was wrong about something that I should have known a whole lot more about. It was hard to do. Not to be arrogant, but I am not really used to being wrong. But I was so I faced it like a man and am better for it
