recent events in my life. being casual and safe are great as long as the other is in the same frame of mind. being honest may slap u in the face but this a part of being casual. spending the night with a good friend drinking and venting is also helpful but u must be occupied with your hands. so i changed the light bulbs in my car all by myself. some say this is easy but for me i have always let the male do this. you must try to be independent as it is a very good feeling to do something for yourself by yourself and to do it good. also learned to play chess but again better done when sober. but in the end i have my pets my friends and most important my health.
