the canoe trip was fun this weekend, but i have a sunburn on my back, and it hurts like a bitch today. i'm suppose to go work out with Crystal today but i'm not going to unless the pain on my shoulder blades goes away...

i so wish i could have gone to Golda's birthday party, i feel so bad for missing it :(
