Summer has begun....
I havent updated in a min, so I thought I would. Things have been pretty low key. Work is work. It finally feels like summer has begun. It was gorgeous today. So over memorial weekend I had a nice time. Friday night was Rosie's 24th bday, so I went to her house with Shilpa and we hung out, had some laughs. Naperville Playa! LOL Shilps. Saturday I worked and then at night I went downtown to hang out with some friends and meet some new peeps from Boston. It was an interesting night and I'm just glad the paparazzi wasn't there...or were they JCAL? LOL Sunday, I was surely tired at work. Oh, I found out one of my best friends got accepted to pharmacy school in Boston. I am happy for her cause I know she really wanted it, but I will miss her a lot. Monday was work again, but we had a lil barbecue, which was pretty fun, the whole store smelled like hamburgers, lol.
I had today off and tomorrow I do too, which is great. I spent the whole day outside, gorgeous weather, had some good thrills at GA with Shilps and she came up with a great idea for a future event this summer, I hope it works out! *LEV Forever!!! Then, we went shopping at Gurnee Mills and ate at the Rainforest Cafe, good, but I was so stuffed I couldn't breath on the way home. We found the Soluna cd for Shilpa and a fun bsb shirt (I def have the "E"), plus some cute jewelry. I am tired, but it was a fun day. Tomorrow I'm gonna have dinner with some friends I haven't seen in awhile, so it will be nice to catch up. I plan on spending the day running errands and looking for a new job, gotta drop my resume off, etc. Networking! This weekend will suck cause I'm working late ALL weekend, oh well, I'm used to it.
I got my CFTC tix in the mail the other day, SO excited! There are some possibilites for this event and I am looking forward to the outcome. I'm going to Canada to see my cousins and for other stuff the last weekend in June, so it will be good to get away for 3 days from everything. July will be packed with events, but also so much fun cause I get to see my fave peeps and artists! Well that's all for now, gonna go watch some nick at nite.
