Hi I'm  back again.  I haven't posted in a long time.   A lot has happened since last year. First I joined WW and was able to lose 15 pounds in three months. Then it was all downhill from there.  Well here I am with the 15 pounds back on and desperately trying to get back on track. I know it sounds crazy but I really want to lose 45 pounds these next 5 months. I am going on a cruise with my family and can't begin to imagine going the way I look right now. Tomorrow is the day.  I have to remember to keep track of what I'm eating, start drinking water and get back on the treadmill. My problem is when I get home from work or from being out and I haven't eaten (even for a short while) I start to eat everything in sight. Everyday I promise myself that I won't do this but then I do.  Hopefully tomorrow will be the day I can get myself back on track. Wish me luck.
