If they switch, Izaya would be in a potentially extremely strong body, but without Shizuo's mind it'd be as good as his own ;D Don't cha' think?
I'd love to see Shizuo breaking Izaya's bones trying to rip a stop sign out of the ground (like he did when he was a kid), and Izaya getting pissed not having any abnormal strength.

In a world where Tom doesn't exist, nobody will hire Shizuo because of his temper, and he doesn't want to rely on Kasuka. So he ends up turning to sex work just to keep himself fed.
(original OP requested Anyone/Shizuo but I would definitely LOVE this to involve Izuo, with their high school past maintained and Izaya gloating at how far Shizuo has fallen)
