He sits there and then, with the body of one Orihara Izaya spread beside him, Heiwajima Shizuo looks up to the sky and cries.

"That's not my name, you goddamn-" vending machines were uprooted and thrown. Izaya giggled and evaded them.
"Shizu-chan needs to improve his aim~" Izaya jumped through traffic, cars screeching to a halt as he went by.
"Iiizzaaaayyaaaa...!!" Shizuo hurled a parked moving van at the retreating figure.
To both their surprises, it hit.
"Ugh!" Izaya fell to the ground and rolled through several lanes of traffic. Cars just barely missed him. The moving van smashed through a convenience store front. Shizuo continued to run, entirely consumed by rage.
"Fucking idiot!"
Izaya panted heavily, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth. Then, all at once, he started to laugh. Hysterically.
"I said shut it!!" Shizuo punched the other man just above the stomach. He heard a rib crack.
"Ahaha- haha-!"
Punch. Punch. Punch.

He sits there and looks at the man sprawled on the hard concrete floor. They are in an alleyway and, like every other alleyway in this city, they are safe from discovery. If only because he will disembody any gangster or schoolchild that pokes their head in.
He sits there and looks away from the body now, because it hurts to look. He does not understand why it hurts to look, but when he sees the pool of blood and semen in between the man's thighs, he almost cries again.
He sits there and stares at Orihara Izaya, the man he killed and raped.

Sounds of skin slapping against skin, sounds of harsh breathing.
Shizuo slowly thrust in and out of the limp body below him. "Can't fucking talk now, can you? Izaya-kun."
There was no reply.
