My topic for my thesis paper is "Miranda v. Arizona", the case that brought about that ever-popular phrase we all know, "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law." I'm reading a little about it now. Too much legal jargon, but it's fascinating. :)
Well, I can basically write it on anything around the time period, from the people to the culture that shifted because of it to fashion. If it was affected at all by Miranda v. Arizona. Yeah, good luck, self. It's a primary source paper too, which means I can't use any secondary sources. Shoot. D:
