(no subject)
First post of the new year! Let's make this a good one, guys! :Db
Anyway, the party was fun, especially after my sister left. Not that I don't love her, but she's kind of a mood-killer for me because I just can't talk when she's around. Because then she replies, not Amanda or DeeDee, and so goes my life. .__.;; Ah well. And I found out that I'm good at doing natural looks when someone had the idea to, um, help DeeDee get in touch with her feminine side.
Sis curled her hair, then did this really glamorous eyeshadow that I didn't like, all green and dark and Amanda sort of liked it, and once it wore off some it was better, but it didn't suit DeeDee. She's an athlete, so after Sis left for another party,Amanda and I cleaned DeeDee off and attacked her with more... natural colors. XD;; She looked really nice~! I pride myself on a job well done there.
Buh, counting down is always so loud. /D;; But fun.
Anyway, I now have to do some homework and SAT II math stuff before I go to Lizzie's. We're making fried chicken with Jessie. Lizzie and I? We blame Kame. I'm going to end up doing most of the cooking orz.
And before I forget, Lizzie got me Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days for Christmas. I have clocked in a total of seven and a half hours on it, most of it this morning from about 2:30 AM to 7, and am on day 70-something thus far. And I've had the game since late late late on Wednesday. I hate shadow globs. idek, I just really don't want to do any more of those missions, even if they pay off well, because it's like lakgjaksg;lfs I CAN'T JUMP THAT HIGH DARN YOU. But alas, so goes life.
...also, I really missed Axel. And Roxas. And I like Xion more than I was expecting to. But not the panel system so much. Not sure why, it's just kind of... awkward and irritating because I can't carry as many potions as I need and/or like. I'm always over-prepared, which is why I liked the KH2 style better, where you could equip all your abilities without worrying about space and if you'd be able to equip potions later. Seriously.
Regardless, I want a Tinkerbell. The whole "cure constantly and revive if dead" thing really helped in the first game. Because Roxas is a weakling, ngl. I should probably do some training, but alkgjlk;alfgjsdl I hate travelling. And jumping.
How my left thumbnail twinges when I text shows exactly how much I played, I think. /D;;
I am quite excited to see how the rest of the storyline pans out. But that's for after finals. :)
Oh, and Sherlock Holmes was good. The movie, not the book. Well, yes, the book, but I saw the movie with Lizzie on Wednesday at like 10:30 and it ended around midnight-fourty-five. But hooray, plenty of action, but I didn't like the romance much. Irene Adler doesn't even appear that much in the actual books. D:
(also, who figured out the harness trick before the end of the movie? :D)
