(no subject)
1. I am watching Osen at last. Picking dramas is always such a sporadic decision for me--this one was made at eleven PM just because I didn't want to go to bed. So I picked Osen since I had the EKA page open anyway. Um. I really love it. *______* I will not lie: I am not the biggest Uchi fan and I didn't like him in the least until I watched Isshun no Kaze ni nare somewhere before 2010 rolled in. But Aoi Yuu is breathtakingly beautiful and Uchi's character is so whiny and hilarious and I freaking love Ezaki like none other. Also, this is the face that has made me fall in love with Uchi, and no, that is not the 3AM talking. (I think.) His girly shrieks though, will never cease to be funny.
2. I'm going on a field trip to Chinatown tomorrow~ with the Mandarin class that was given at my school over the summer. My friend Ryan (who is also Chinese, but he's from Hong Kong so he speaks Cantonese) organized the trip and I was like, "I WANT TO COME *___*" so... he's letting me. |D;;
We spent last night trying to figure out what dim sum the non-Asians in the class can eat because they won't touch things like tripe (cow stomach) or phoenix talons (chicken feet), both of which I love and adore. And we talked forever while he was cleaning his room. I love this kid, he's so nice and, well, Chinese. I do hope he's in my AP Calc AB class this year, it'll make life so much easier.
3. Sis is coming home tonight. >_____> I have like three hours of freedom before she starts shrieking that I'm doing everything wrong, like usual. The house is soon going to be ringing with her voice, saying, "Make me pasta, get me a soda, call for pizza," and the like. At least I'm out of the house tomorrow and won't have to deal with her until Wednesday.
