This morning I saw a garbage truck with this quote on the back:
"Our children need a model not a critic."
.........................................philosophy from a garbage truck is news to me -- at least it is sound
I just started mentoring with Maura Benton who runs development for the Eli Broad College of Business and it is going well
-- we are working together on endowments from the Weekend MBA students....lately that means research on how other universities do it
Wii launch date is just around the corner -- for those saps who did not get a pre-order (read: myself, boginda) we will be sitting outside of Best Buy....or maybe something else under the radar....for quite some time with our gameboys, blankets and weathering the cold to be among the firt to obtain a Wii............if you want to join us let me know
Finally, for those who have played Guitar Hero, here is a video of Freedbird on Expert (from GH2):
--- if you skip to around 5 minutes and watch from then on it gets.....interesting -- looks like the difficulty will be a lot greater this time around
